Magellan Health Provides Free Counseling Services and Resources to Individuals Impacted by Unrest in Charlottesville, Va.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Magellan Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGLN) today announced that it will provide free telephonic counseling services and other resources to individuals impacted by the unrest in Charlottesville, Va. These services and resources can help people deal with the feelings of fear, sadness, anger and hopelessness that may occur following these types of incidents.

Magellan Health operates Magellan Complete Care of Virginia (MCC of VA), a full-service managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) plan selected by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) to serve members enrolled in the Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC Plus) program.
